Over the last several weeks, my Twitter timeline has been abuzz with lovefest for LaBella Body Care. For weeks, I watched the lovefest from the sideline as I was still burned with serious disappointment over a last purchase from another beauty body product vendor. Finally, I placed an order for the LaBella Body Care Signature Sampler in Tropical. It was a small order just to test out the products, a sampler which included 2oz. Alotta Colada Body & Hair Butter, 2oz. Pomegranate Mango Body Polish, 2oz. Mango Papaya Body Polish and a small sample of Monkey Face Mask (not pictured).

LaBella Body Care describe their products as:

“LaBella Body Care products have NO sulfates or harsh detergents, NO parabens, and NO mineral oil or petrolatum. Preservatives are used only when absolutely necessary to ensure product safety.”

My order was processed and shipped timely and the products were packaged securely. Included in the package was a lovely handwritten thank you note card. I was impressed by the personalized detailed attention to my small order. I LOVED IT!

The first product I tried was the Alotta Colada Body & Hair Butter. This dual-purpose product smells heavenly and delicious! In addition to a few of my favorite moisturizers: Mango Butter and Virgin Coconut Oil, some of the ingredients are Shea Butter, Soy Butter, Apricot Kernel Oil, Virgin Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E. For my wash and go this morning, I used Alotta Colada to seal my ends after I washed my hair and also as a finishing moisturizer once my hair fully air-dried. Alotta Colada is light and finely whipped. I mixed my own moisturizers in the past using shea and know fully well the challenge of whipping it to a good consistency and mixing with other ingredients where it is neither sticky nor greasy and this butter is perfect!

The body polishes smell divine and now one of my favorite body scrubs because they contain sea salt AND sugar! Most body scrubs available on the market today usually contain one of the two, not both. Full list of ingredients are Cane Sugar, Pure Sea Salt, Virgin Coconut Oil, Soy Butter, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Virgin Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Fragrance.

As of this review, I have not tried the Monkey Face Mask but very excited to try soon as it includes another ingredient I love, honey. The mask ingredients are Australian Ivory Clay, Rhassoul Clay, Aloe Powder, Banana Extract, Dried Honey Powder, Carrot Seed Extract.

The LaBella Body Care Signature Sampler Set is available in four choices:Tropical, Citrus, Fresh/Herbal, and Woodsy. Each set cost $20 and available at LaBella Body Care .

I am very pleased with my purchase that I plan on ordering more products soon. If you are a Bella/Beau fan, I want to hear from you. What is your favorite Labella product?
