On December 5, River Bar will salute the 21st Amendment by shaking up a collection of pre-Prohibition cocktails for Repeal Day. Dating back to the 19th century, the Old Fashioned has been heralded as one of the most classic concoctions and in homage, River Bar will feature three variations ($11 each) whose gradations vary from lightest to darkest:
- Berkshire Mountain Distillers Barrel Aged Ethereal Gin, West India Orange Bitters, sugar
- El Dorado 3 Year Demerara Rum, Velvet Falernum, angostura bitters
- Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey, whiskey barrel aged bitters, Luxardo cherry
